advanced features.  It is EASY to set up and

Version 1.10 adds batch status display and

Version 1.12 corrects the false ERRORLEVEL 2
exit code bug in version 1.10.

HyperP - another Fast protocol. does on the
fly compression of files. increases transfer
thruput. i've seen 2400 baud transfers of 250+
CPS!

PCZ is a public domain Zmodem implementation
that will allow users of communication
software that does not implement internal
Zmodem to access it through an external
program. It is a full-featured version of
Zmodem, but does not have the large volume of
bells, whistles & options provided by Omen
Tech's DSZ.  However, I do believe that it
will be suitable for the average demanding
BBS'r.

PCZ provides support for the basic Xmodem
variants: Xmodem, Xmodem-1K, Ymodem & SEAlink.

ZIP version 1.7 (27 Nov 1993) - A tiny, fast
utility to transfer files between two PCs.
Requires no expensive additional hardware,
just a simple serial (null modem) cable.  Can
be used from the DOS command line or a batch
file, or run from an interactive menu.
Transfers files as simply as using the COPY
command and has options that make it easy to
reconcile directories on both PCs.  Shareware
from Eric Meyer; registration is $30 (US).

 ZIP 2.21 is a tiny DOS file transfer utility
that exchanges files at high speed between
desktop, notebook, or handheld computers over
a serial or parallel cable.  Compatible with
Win95/98 too.  No memory-resident drivers.
User configurable.  Menu driven, or command
line operation (good in batch files).  Can
compare directories, back up changed files or
entire directory trees.  Requires IBM PC
compatibles and appropriate cable.  Freeware.
